1: How does pricing work?
Yes! The larger fee is the upfront cost for the overall package, covering the full design of your website and various setup features. The monthly fee is charged per month based on the services we are offering, such as web hosting, consulting, etc.
2: When do I pay?
Once you choose a package from our packages page and click “sign up”, you’ll be able to put in your basic info and then make your initial payment. Your monthly payment will be automatically deducted on the same day each month from the credit card provided (unless otherwise requested). You can view more details on our Terms & Conditions page.
3: How often can I contact you?
As often as you’d like! Our email is always available, and if you’d like to schedule calls with us we’d be happy to do so.
4: How does your monthly business consulting work?
Each client we have has different goals for their business, and a different knowledge of various areas of social media and more. We allow you to choose various consulting options (based on your package choice) that will benefit you specifically. Each month we discuss what your success has been in that area, how we can further help to improve, set goals and make plans for improvement, and offer you the option to change to new options once you feel you’ve succeeded or understood your original choices. Really, we can help you with virtually anything you want! That’s what makes our consulting so great.
5: I already have a website, is my initial fee waived?
If you already have a website you’re happy with, we can offer website additions, upgrades, or changes when you sign up. These can include an online payment option for your clients, appointment setting, mobile responsive layouts, and more. We usually don’t waive the initial fee, but we can apply it to other areas of your website or business goals. For more information on this, send us an email to discuss.
